New nightstands

We have wanted to get some nightstands for our bedroom and went to Target today and got two. Malcolm had a full morning putting together the puzzle that these things often are - he did a nice job and they go well with our bedroom furniture!

Screened in Patio

We decided to screen in our patio so we could enjoy our backyard without bees and mosquitos and to have more room for family events! It turned out so nice and is substantial. We are pleased with the results and know that we will enjoy many family events with our extended and protected space!

Happy Birthday, Dan!

Today, is our Son, Dan's birthday. Happy birthday, Dan! Dan is a delightful and wonderful son, brother, husband and father. He was a darling little boy and brought us many smiles and lots of joy. He has had great friends and has a wonderful family of his own. We rejoice in his success in his personal life, business and for just being a great person! Below are some pictures of his journey! Our Spring Yard

Everything is green or blooming in our yard. Malcolm does such a nice job of keeping the shrubs pruned and a lush green lawn. He loves to mow and edge the lawn so it has a very finished and clean edge. I love Spring and the freshness of all the newly sprouted trees and plants.

Easter Celebration

Four of our children(Brian & Deb, Val & Don, Amanda & Tyler, Mike & Annette with families along with Gram and Malcolm and I) gathered in Napa at Brian and Deb nice large home and property to enjoy Saturday Pre-Easter Fun. We had delicious barbecue (chicken & steak) with salads, beans, rolls and lots of delicious desserts. We all brought plastic eggs filled with surprises and hid over 100 eggs for the children to find. Some had toys, candy and money inside and they had soo much fun. Brian and Deb had a bounce house which was a big hit and was busy all day. The guys also had some ball games and the rest of us visited . It was a perfect day with a great family !
